POSTER GUIDELINES

TITLE (Heading 1) – Times New Roman, 14 pt, bold, capital letters

NAME & SURENAME OF AUTHOR[3], (Heading 2)-Times New Roman, 12 pt, capital letters

Abstract. This document is an example of a contribution to be submitted for the Book of Abstract of 9th International Conference of the Chemical Societies of the South-East European Countries on Chemistry a Nature Challenger (ICOSECS) which will take place at Targoviste, Romania in May 8th – 11th, 2019.
On the A4 file a margin of 2 cm should be left on the top and bottom and 2.5 cm on both right and left sides of the text.
The title should be written in font 14 point (Times New Roman) and in bold capital letters. The rest of the abstract should be in 12 point font (Times New Roman), 1½ lines. The name of the presenting author should be underlined. Then the authors’ affiliation and full address should be given in italics. The next line will contain Topic:…; Keywords:… of the contribution.
Figures should be numbered consecutively and located as close as possible to the relevant text. The caption of the figure should be written in bold letters and centered below it. Equations should be numbered in round brackets (1), (2),.. and aligned to the right. The citations within the text should be placed in square brackets [1], [2],...and the references cited at the bottom of the abstract.

Submission Preparation Checklist

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another conference for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Director).
  2. The submission file is in Microsoft Word document file format.
  3. The text is 1.5 line-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  4. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Conference.
